Can I wear jeans, and a nice top to hand in a job application at a restaurant?

Places like Olive Garden, Applebees, Chili's, Chevy's, Pasta Pomodoro, Fridays etc... Also when I see the manager I was thinking of introducing myself and then saying "do you have a few minutes to speak with me?" ........would this be appropriate? or how should I do this.. thanks!Can I wear jeans, and a nice top to hand in a job application at a restaurant?
You should show up dressed similarly to how you would dress working there. Also you should ask the manager if they want a back rub.
