I have a really big problem with food. I just got out of an eating disorder. I would only eat my dinner which usually only had around 300 calories. Now ive turned it around. Today i had a bowl of golden nuggets,no lunch, chicken and takeaway chips for dinner and TWO servings of homemade victoria sponge cake after. I'm tried of being so unable to have a healthy relationship with food. I was advised to have 1200 calories a day to start off and build up .. but now im having more like 2200 calories. Even if i didn't get that right, im feeling really bloated right now. Please help me! I need cereal for breakfast everyday so i will be having golden nuggets for breakfast. And for lunch i would like to have a sand which with brown bread - any ideas for fillings? And please gimme tips of how to resist chocolate,puddings etc. like now its not appealing at all but at the time its so hard. please help!How can i change my unhealthy food habits?
i feel your pain... you dont have to completely cut out desserts because that doesnt lead you to a lifestyle, what you need to do is find something that is lower in calories and fat that is lower than other desserts and have some of that. the main focus is portion control, so that you can include those things in your life that you enjoy but just not too much of it. have fruit with a fruit dip... i am doing that now for fillers and it has really grown on me and it is soooo good!
