Can my boyfriend kick me out?

Me and him live in a 18 foot camper here in Alpena Michigan, he bought it last year and has never gotten it in his name, it is still in the previous owners name but the receipt states "I (previous owners name) have sold one golden nugget camper to (boyfriends name)" but still he has not gotten it in his name. I have lived in this camper since may of 2010 fully, I clean it I do everything for this camper, my stuff is here, my address on my state ID is this address, and my DHS case and social security is registered here in this address. Can he legally tell me to get out whenever he wants? he says he can and that he can get a 24 hour eviction notice. Note that I am not violent or mean with him, just normal couples arguments.Can my boyfriend kick me out?
just call the police and let them figure it out.
If you're a legal resident (ie address is there) he has to go through the courts to get you evicted and I'm not sure about Michigan, but I know CT has laws about kicking people out in the winter.

I'd tell him to call the cops and ask them about it or just call them yourself.

Usually, to evict someone, he would have to go to the court, file for it. Then a sheriff has to deliver the notice to you and then 3-5 days after, you'll get the actual eviction. You can appeal it though and give yourself a few more months. Tell him he's full of ****.Can my boyfriend kick me out?
Both of you will have to prove to the police who own the vehicle. Your boyfriend has some proof and you have none. An eviction notice by your boyfriend sounds more like a bad dream than a typical angry argument. Possession is 9/10th of the law. So you will both go through the legal system to prove the

ownership and that will delay time. Is this the best guy you can meet?
He has to follow the eviction laws of Michigan, so if the question is 'can he evict you', the answer is yes,

Yes, indeed he can. That is the one big benefit (for him) of the "no commitment" "we don't need a piece of paper to prove our love" lifestyle that you chose. He used you up and now is trading you in for a new model. Don't make the same bad choice again.

Yes. You aren't paying rent. You aren't leasing anything from him. Its his, he paid for it, he can evict you. Bottom line.

sure can..u have no legal hold on the camper....move on and get someone who can get you in a house.
