I have a really big problem with food. I just got out of an eating disorder. I would only eat my dinner which usually only had around 300 calories. Now ive turned it around. Today i had a bowl of golden nuggets,no lunch, chicken and takeaway chips for dinner and TWO servings of homemade victoria sponge cake after. I'm tried of being so unable to have a healthy relationship with food. I was advised to have 1200 calories a day to start off and build up .. but now im having more like 2200 calories. Even if i didn't get that right, im feeling really bloated right now. Please help me! I need cereal for breakfast everyday so i will be having golden nuggets for breakfast. And for lunch i would like to have a sand which with brown bread - any ideas for fillings? And please gimme tips of how to resist chocolate,puddings etc. like now its not appealing at all but at the time its so hard. please help!PLEASE help me be healthier with food!?
im no expert but get food u like.. if u find yourself not eating breakfast and lunch go find some real good breakfast food.
same situation for lunch find something that u enjoy eating and something semi healthy of course.
i used to hate breakfast then i started makin french toast and eggs all the time now its like my fav meal.

The best thing you can do is take a nutrition course, this will teach you how to eat healthy and make better choices. Little things like not going shopping hungry, if you want junk food and it is not at home it makes it harder, but don't make it off limits. Just don't buy it while shopping and when you do want it make sure you have to WALK to the store to get it. It kinda makes it less desirable that way. For lunch always try to eat a salad with cheese and some meat in it, but when i have a sandwich i use brown bread, some good cheese ( I really like cheese!) lettuce tomatoes, and some left over chicken breast. It is better to use left over meat in a sandwich then to buy processed meats. Best of luck! and remember moderation is the key, to enjoying foor, eat it slowly and take smaller portions, eat with a large glass of milk or water and drink all the drink before getting more. that way you will feel fuller faster.
