Last night i went to a concert and hardly ate all that day so at 4 am i woke up in terrible hunger! So in the fridge was fresh apple pie, which i had a good amount of, followed by a bowl of golden nugget cereal and then went back to bed and at 7 i got up and went to college where i only ate a tiny bit of wholemeal bread but ate around 5 biscuits :\ then 7 hours later i had a small dinner of about 3 boiled potatoes and abit of steak just wondering but by now at midnight would the apple pie i ate earlier actually have burnt off by now? sorry i know it's a weird question i just basically want to know how many calories i consumed %26gt;.%26lt;!Would i have burnt off a sufficient amount of calories?
you burnt off a good amount of calories the day before ... but then by eating all of that you probably gained it all back . did you know that sleeping actually helps you loose ALOT of weight FAST ? but do not eat with in an hour - two hours of eating !
