Breakfast-Golden nuggets with milk (170 cals)
Snack-Walkers baked crisps (99 cals)
Lunch-Egg sandwich (280cals)
Snack-Mini tea cake ( 30 cals)
Dinner-Chicken and mash potato (500 cals)
Snack-Yoghurt (100 cals)

that looks like a diet for LOSING weight, not gaining it....
No, it's not. To gain weight you should consume at least more than your resting metabolic rate (how many calories it takes you to just maintain)

sounds like a normal day for me :)
but I cant gain weigth no matter what I do so youll probably gain a littly weight, but not too much. (and I would recommend it)
