Is this enough for a 11 year old girl?

1. Breakfast - Golden nuggets



2. Lunch - chappati with curry (indian)



2 packets of crisps



a few grapes



Ribeana apple juice



3. Dinner same as lunchIs this enough for a 11 year old girl?
where is you dairy products? you bones will suffer if you don't have enough milk/cheese. You also don't seem to have protein. If you are a vegetarian, you need to have some peanut butter, nuts, beans... something to give you protein. (Idon't know what chappati is - sorry if this is a bean product).



I think that you need to eat a little more. and it doesn't look balanced.

doenst sound like theres much variety.
it sounds ok..eat more veggies though! maybe some extra fruit. it can't hurt. you should also be taking vitamin supplements
no, i think you should have at least 1200 calories and that looks like around 500-600 or somethin like that. but i dont know.
