lunch: SAME

snack: fruit (2 apples 2 packs of raisins ect)

dinner: curry %26lt;%26lt; hehe with chicken or..pasta with bolegnase

then maybe more fruit or a smoothieHealthy diet?
Sounds boring and nutritionally deficient. Try to mix things up! Here's some alternative meals...

Breakfast:

- Yes, cereal and milk - but try different cereals, try for whole grains, put some fruit in, try different milks like flavored soymilks or almond milk (which I am VERY fond of - very low calorie and no sugar)

- An egg and then one egg white, scrambled (toss in some chopped veggies if you want), on wholegrain toast, with a fruit on the side

- A wholegrain oatmeal with fruit cut into it

- Two waffles with fruit and light whipped cream and a yogurt or an egg for protein

Lunch OR Dinner options

- A salad, loaded with greens and veggies, with some chopped ham, chicken breast, eggs, cheese, or other protein and a light dressing

- Whole grain bread for a sandwich, with anything from turkey to roast beef to tuna salad (made with a can of tuna, chopped onion and celery, light mayonnaise and salt and pepper to flavor), and a fruit on the side

- A lean meat with a wholegrain side of grain (anything - chicken breast with whole grain pasta; lean pork tenderloin with barley; lean beef sirloin with brown rice, etc etc)

Snacks

- More exciting fruits! Try half a canteloupe, it's surprisingly low calorie, much less than two packs of raisins! Try fresh, juicy mango! Peaches, nectarines! Put some light whipped cream on them! Drizzle light/sugarfree chocolate syrup!

- Try fruit popsicles, sugarfree fudge pops, dark-chocolate covered raisins.
terrible diet. try eating chicken and fish and drink lots of juice and waterHealthy diet?
Sounds like you eat alot of sugar. Cookie crisp and those kinds of cereal are straight sugar. So are raisins. And smoothies.

If you love cereal, switching to a healthier cereal like Kashi might be better for at least one of those meals.

Can you switch your snack to vegetables instead ? Carrot sticks and cauliflower, or a spinach salad with walnuts and vinagrette dressing?
