Well i had a bowl of cereal today (golden nuggets.)
I'm not gonna eat anything else besides drinking loads of water which i know is plenty healthy. But is my bowl of cereal good for my diet?
That and not any other food today? (oh and i might do that for the rest of week. So im not sure)
xoxoA bowl of cereal healthy?
Oh honey! Don't start down this road. That is how my eating disorder started--only now I don't have to force myself not to eat--my body can't handle it! Please seek a nutritionist. Thos is not the right way to lose weight!!! Good Luck!
didn't they teach you the food groups in 3rd grade? Here you go:

Horrible.
Visit the link posted above.
You're not going to lose any weight or become 'healthy' by not eating ... or eating only 1-2 small crappy meals a day.
And yeah, Cereal in general is crap ... some are good though, the super healthy kind w/ lots of fiber.
While cereal manufacturers would be thrilled to think that you think their cereal is healthy, most cereals have higher sugar and salt and lower fiber than would qualify them as anything NEAR healthy. They are about as far away from their original form as food can be. If you want to eat healthily, I'd start with eating fruit and vegetables and a much more balanced diet than this. This sounds like a great way to make your body crave all sorts of food and to put it into famine mode. Firstly one bowl of cereal a day is way too little food and as soon as you stop this silly (sorry, but it is) cereal diet, you'll land up bingeing and putting on all the weight you've lost anyways. So it's a great way to start yo-yo dieiting. Read through a couple of the URL's I'm giving you below for more details.
You need to have at least 2-3 meals a day in my opinion. A bowl of cereal won't help you get through a whole day. You need veggies and meat and other foods like bread and pasta. your stomach would get really super skinny if you just ate cereal and thats it!!
Have oatmeal instead, and eat some fruit and soem vegetables
