Get rid of the golden nuggets, cherry bakewells, ice cream, salad cream, chocolate, pop, pie, and animal biscuits and you will be fine :)
For breakfast eat: 1 cup of Special K Cereal and an apple
Snack: Any kind of Nutreinton bar
Lunch: Turkey Sub
Snack: a cup of grapes and a banana
Dinner: Grilled Chicken with green beans
And dont have a snack after dinner! The last thing you eat should be around 7:00
well if you can expand your diet thats always good, and you can trust me, i listen to lots of Dr. Dre.Help! Am i Unhealthy?
too much sugar - sugar = bad. you'll pack on the pounds if you keep this diet
You are eating too much dessert in one day.
Pie for dinner? Try veggies and fish or chicken instead.
Yes, this diet can turn on you as you get older and make you gain weight.
okay well if you are trying to lose weight then don't eat ice cream unless you measure the servings.
don't drink pop!!!!!
and don't eat anything at 7:00p.m or later. it all turns to fat when you sleep.
other then that your good.
too much unhealthy convenience food mixed in with some healtrhyx stuff. salmon with veg is fine but salad cream contains preservatives, additives, salt etc. also too much sugar. you won't die of it but it's n ot healthy.
You should watch a BBC show titled You Are What You Eat, its simulcast here in the USA I assume as well in the UK, I love this show but it teaches or at least shows the novice of nutrition what you should be eating.
I see no mention of natural fruits and very little mention of vegetables which should be just as much if not more than the protein intake.
As for your diet you listed, the only healthy choices I see you've made for the days was the following (see below):
Breakfast: Orange Juice / Milk for your high in sugar cereal (choose a healthier cereal thats low in sugar)
Lunch: Salmon, where are the vegetables? where are the healthy carbohydrates like brown rice, quinoa, or mash potatoes made with low sodium chicken broth and very little butter
Dinner: Fish Pie I do not know what this pie consist of but it sounds good but probably high in fat and sodium
Thats it, try eating fruit and/or vegetables as snacks cut out the soda or at least lower your intake of soda (its bad for your kidneys).
You are young and now is the time to make the changes to live a longer, healthier life style, not only that but your body will begin to change, lose weight with exercises and you will feel better mentality and emotionally.
Good Luck!!!
