Petri dish for climate change?

The ice fields at Glacier Naitonal Park? Namesake plants at Joshua Tree National Park? The big trees at Redwood National Park?

From the article linked below:

"We have species that have very narrow habitats -- wolverine, pika, cutthroat trout," said Glenn Plumb, Yellowstone's chief of resources, adding that those animals are already stressed by invasive species of plants and animals."

A good read and food for thought. Care to share yours?

Interesting article. Pine beetles in particular are a good example of a big impact from climate change, as their numbers increase due to milder winters failing to kill them off.Petri dish for climate change?
Global warming is connected with natural weathers. For example, Methane is given off by rotting vegetation and rubbish. That Methane then damages the ozone layer and allows more sunlight through to the earth. Then, the sunlight hits the water in the poles, warming it up, and then the Ice Cap starts to melt down. When the Ice Cap Melts down, the Sea levels will rise, causing MAYOR flooding. For example, Manhattan, GONE!! the sea levels will rise up so that Manhattan will be under water. Does this answer you question? Well just to add on, Humans themselves are speeding the process up by about 200%. Now that's REALLY BAD!!!
