Physics problem?

The tallest Sequoia sempervirens tree in California's Redwood National park is 111 m tall. Suppose an object is thrown downward from the top of that tree with a certain initial velocity. If that object reaches the ground in 3.80 s, what is the object's initial velocity?Physics problem?
H= V0t + 0.5 g t^2

V0 =( H - 0.5 g t^2)/t

V0= (111 - 0.5 x 9.81 (3.80)^2)/ 3.80

V0=10.6 m/sec
S=ut+(1/2)at^2

Where S=111

u=initial velocity

a=9.8

t=3.80

9.4 m/s
