If you only had one day, which would you see: Redwood National Park, Muir Forrest, or Sequoia National Park?

If you're coming from San Francisco, do Muir Woods. It's close, beautiful, and the trees are just as tall. You can hike/drive from the woods to Stinson Beach or the Marin Headlands. It's pretty much a full day excursion.

Sequoia and Redwood National Parks are great, but they're really more overnight trips than a daytrip. Some people try to do it in a day, but most of their time will be spent on the road instead of the actual woods. If you only had one day, which would you see: Redwood National Park, Muir Forrest, or Sequoia National Park?
Sequoia is more of a drive from San Francisco, as is Redwood. If you had one day, go to Muir then on the way stop at Sausilito, Corte Madera, etc. If you go to the other two, you'll spend hours in the car.

Personally in a week i am going to Muir woods....however we are taking a side trip to Yosemite too!
For only one day, do the Muir Woods. Sausalito is fun, too, on the way back.
Redwood and Sequoia are at least 5 hours away from the Bay Area. For one day, there are plenty of trails in Muir, which can go to the ocean, or you can just park your car for a picnic. In Sequoia, you have to hike a great deal to see the dramatic sites.
Muir Woods for the location and time that you have. Enjoy
A lot depends on where my starting point was.

I mean, if I'm in SF, going to Sequoia is a full day excursion, so I would go to Muir Woods
