Can my boyfriend kick me out?

Me and him live in a 18 foot camper here in Alpena Michigan, he bought it last year and has never gotten it in his name, it is still in the previous owners name but the receipt states "I (previous owners name) have sold one golden nugget camper to (boyfriends name)" but still he has not gotten it in his name. I have lived in this camper since may of 2010 fully, I clean it I do everything for this camper, my stuff is here, my address on my state ID is this address, and my DHS case and social security is registered here in this address. Can he legally tell me to get out whenever he wants? he says he can and that he can get a 24 hour eviction notice. Note that I am not violent or mean with him, just normal couples arguments.Can my boyfriend kick me out?
I'm in Canada so not sure if this helps, but here when you live with someone for 1 year or more, you're considered common-law. Which gives you all the rights of marriage without the marriage license. Even male and a female roomate can end up considered common-law.

If so, he can't kick you out. if you are breaking up, you get 1/2 his stuff and he gets 1/2 yours because your stuff is his stuff and vice versa because you're unofficially "married" according to the government. Check local/state laws perhaps or get a lawyer.

WELL HE CAN'T EVICT YOU IF YOU PAY RENT; IF THERE IS A WRITTEN AGREEMENT BUT IF YOU JUST LIVE IN HIS TRAILER AND YOU BREAK UP, YEAH, IT'S HIS HOME! HE CAN KICK YOUR BUTT OUT AND THROW ALL YOUR TRASH OUT AND CHANGE THE LOCKS!
He can't evict you without a 30 DAY notice. Not 24 hours.



I'd move out and get a better boyfriend, one that won't threaten you. He sounds controlling.

I think the law is that if you've lived there for more than two weeks you are a legal resident of that address I'm not 100% sure tho
