I am trying to recover from an eating disorder and trying to maintain my weight as i am considered healthy right now. I was wondering if this will keep the inside of my body healthy while doing no exercise?Did i eat healthy today ? (please answer)?
You should be eating more food than that, and although that's a great start to your recovery, you should try adding more food. at the very least, aim for at least 1200 calories per day, and to stabilize your weight you will probably need more than that. try adding more calories - if it would be easier for you, you could just eat an extra handful of peanuts, or have a bagel with peanut butter or something similarly dense. try eating foods that are denser in calories to increase your caloric intake. you should also look for a dietician who specializes in eating disorders who would be able to work out a suitable meal plan for you. good luck with your recovery!
My girlfriend tried all sorts of different diets and products, most without success. Her friend let her try out a new Acai Berry product she was using and she now swears by it.

Shes lost over 13 pounds already, most of the weight went from her tummy, hips, bottom and thighs. Apparently the Acai Berry flushes all the waste out your system and cleanses your body of toxins and bacteria.

She got her own supply for free too, only had to pay a few dollars for shipping.

Here's their site if you want to check it out: http://tr.im/h5WpDid i eat healthy today ? (please answer)?
