this company was doing this interviews and stuff so i decide to do an Application so they called me and everything, they even put me to do the paperwork, called me so i get the register training and everything then after that week they called me back and said that the application didn't went through and they did not have a spot for me is it fare after i bought the uniform and everything they called and say that they wont hired me??Can i sue applebees for make waste my time?

Maybe it was your atrocious spelling that did not get the application thru? And of course you can sue anyone for anything if you have the money and time. But would that not defeat the purpose?Can i sue applebees for make waste my time?
Sue them for what? You have to retain a lawyer, that's money then you have to pay court fees. You have to prove they wasted your time, that your time is SOOO valuable that you deserve a monetary settlement for all your trouble.
