Can't remember my boss's name?

i worked at applebees awhile ago and i hated it so i quit at the end of the summer. i didnt work that often and there was not much interaction between the workers and the boss.. which is to say, i dont even know his last name.



i am applying for jobs now and when the applications ask me for the name of my supervisor, i dont even know what to write because i don't know his last name!



is there any way to figure it out online? if i only know his first name and that he is the manager of applebees?Can't remember my boss's name?
Just put in his 1st name and if they ask just tell the truth , that you had very little to do with him but you are sure if they call and ask for so and so the supervisor they will know who he is.
