times are tough .. jobs are harder to come by every day .. please do not give up .. keep on trying, cause it will happen .. hold ur head high always .. at least you are going about it the correct way ..

best wishes for you young lady xxx

remember .. it will happen %26amp; happen soon =)
Probably not doing anything "wrong". I talked to a young lady with a college degree, she's applied for over 200 jobs and ended up working in clothing at Walmart store here because no one else would hire her. She is a very serious worker and pleasant to be around, well mannered etc. It is the economy. Perhaps they are hiring people who the manager or other employees already know or they are hiring people who have a family to support. And maybe you are a little young for the job, in their opinion. I have heard that many young people often don't call in when they are sick or need to be late for work, some just quit without notice too.Poll- Why Wont Anyone Hire Me...Please Answer.!!!!!!!!:/?
Sometimes tough to get a job at 16...so many rules and regulations

Keep looking, good luck!

Keep away from places that serve alcohol, work with any machinery, chemicals
i've been aplying to lots of places too, its nothing personal, i just think noone's hiring at the moment. wait until the middle of the year because that's when they start :)

good luck.
Props to you for trying to get a job. Try Wal-Mart or Home Depot. Dad's steel fab business might give you an edge there. Think warehouse, not restaurant. Or clothing stores. Better pay.
Employers suck. I hope you get a job soon, however!
just keep at it

someone will give you a go

best of luck

the rest just don't know what they are missing out on
