It's hard to explain, but if you think of the box shaped cereal like shredded wheat, it's exactly like that but more cage-like? Less compacted? If that's a way of putting it.. haha, I guess it'd be more understandable if you looked at a pic of shredded wheat. Oh and more of a yellow colour. Kinda artificial looking? xD like the colour of those little golden nugget cereals.
If anyone has any idea what I'm talking about, post away xDCan't think of the name of this cereal?!?

It might have been Crispix. It's similar looking to shredded wheat but somewhat hollow (or cage-like?). That led to its gimmick of staying crispier longer than other cereals. The link has a picture of the box. Can't think of the name of this cereal?!?
Chex? Looks like a woven mini flat like square pillow...hollow inside, which isn't like Shredded Wheat (which is more dense).
The Corn type would be yellow.
That's the closest idea I have.
Or Captain Crunch...which is much smaller. Yellow, sugar glazed. Same shape as Shredded Wheat though (rectangular).
I don't know if it'll help, but here's a list of breakfast cereals. Maybe it will trigger your memory when you see it:

How about Golden Graham's? I know for a fact they used to sell them but don't anymore!
Google it and look at the images...
