Did i eat healthy today?

I am recovering from an eating disorder and trying to become more healthy to try and repair my system. I am trying to maintain my weight and i do very little exercise. Just walking and p.e twice a week. I use to eat just my dinner which was around 300 calories and this is now what i've eaten today ...



Breakfast : Bowl of 'Golden Nuggets' Cereal with semi-skimmed milk



Morning snack : Summer fruits cereal bar (60 calories)



Lunch : ham and tomato sand which (wholemeal bread , no butter)



Dinner : Light Choices 'Vegetable Lasagne' ready meal (315 cals) with some coleslaw.Did i eat healthy today?
No, you didn't eat enough. This kind of diet will keep you tired and pale. Don't be afraid to eat more calories (seriously, 1500-2000 per day depending on your size) and then exercise (say, jogging and yoga). You'll be less tired, better skin, and your body will look nicer because of the tone from the exercise.

GOOD LUCK ON YOUR RECOVERY, EATING HEALTHY IS A MUST AND IF YOU GET REGULAR EXERCISE THAT WILL KEEP THE WEIGHT OFF EASILY WITH A BALANCED DIET. YOUR MEAL PLAN IS GREAT BUT I THINK YOU NEED TO ADD A FEW EXTRA CALORIES TO MAINTAIN YOUR HEALTH AND ENERGY LEVEL. TRY TO CUT OUT SOME OF YOUR FRUITS WHICH CONTAIN LOTS OF SUGAR. SUGAR ADDS FAT. EAT LOTS OF PROTEINS AND VEGETABLES. ALSO REMEMBER THAT PROCESSED FOODS HAVE ALOT OF CARBS LIKE FRUITS. IF YOU CUT BACK ON SUGARY CARBS AND EAT HEALTHY CARBS YOU SHOULD MAINTAIN YOUR WEIGHT WITH LITTLE PROBLEMS. GOOD LUCKDid i eat healthy today?
You did well but it is good to include an afternoon and evening snack. I'm on a 1500 calorie a day diet with 33 grams of fat. I started on my own in January before being accepted in an 18 month weight-loss and management study in March. I also exercise for 50 minutes a day 5 days a week on an elliptical, 30 minutes a day on a cardio-glider 7 days a week and on Sat and Sun I do 30 minutes on each elliptical and cardio-glider.

I weighed 266.5 on Jan 17th, 257 on Feb 4th, 251 on Mar 4th and today I weigh 225.8. I plan to get to about 200 but my mass won't allow me to get much lower. I'm already seeing definition in my arms and my legs are bodybuilder cut without the hugeness. I went from a size 42 waist to a 38 ( so far ) and from 2x %26amp; 3x shirts to a size 16. I also have ended my sleep apnea because my neck size was causing it.

Don't pay attention to any of those fad diets or ridiculous trends like acai berries, hydroxycut , alli or anything else that promises fast results. Please follow your doctor's advice.
