I'm scared I over ate today. How many calories did I consume? And did I eat ok?
Breakfast- A serving size on golden nuggets cereal w/ semi skimmed milk. 1 glass of water.
Snack- 1 shorties (biscuit). 1 glass of water.
Lunch- nothing
Snack- 1 medium sized raw carrot.
Dinner- A mug shot, and 3cm of a French stick. 1 glass of water.
I live in the uk and its 8 pm here. I'm not planning on having anything else to eat. I'll have 1 or 2 glasses of water before I go to bed, and I usually do 100-200 squats and 50 crunches and 50 situps. How many calories will a burn as well??

Honey, you under ate. Skipping lunch isn't good you deff need to eat some more! Your excericses will burn many calories if you do them everyday but please eat more food your undereating!
You ask these questions, as do I. I think I may have a problem with food, as do you. I am around 20pounds lighter, and considered underweight, I know it's hard as I still haven't seeked help, but we both need to, before it's too late....

you have to eat a LOT more! Balance your diet! If you are working out...you will burn a lot of calories..so you can eat a balanced diet (eat anything you like, but dont overdo it!)
