I ate really healthy today but feel extremely bloated ?!?

Breakfast : Bowl of 'Golden Nuggets' Cereal with semi-skimmed milk

Lunch : ham and tomato sand which (wholemeal bread , no butter) %26amp; a summer fruits cereal bar (60 cals)

Dinner : 2 haddock fillets baked with peppers , a pack of baby corn and a bit of coleslaw

If this means anything i am getting over an eating disorder and i use to eat around 300 cals a day. I haven't been recovering for long .. only a couple of weeks. Is this my body adjusting to having more food ?I ate really healthy today but feel extremely bloated ?!?
i think part of it is just that you are recovering from eating so little (and you really did eat VERY WELL! good job!), but there are a couple of things i can think of that might make you feel extra bloated. First, you may have had a lot of salt, between the ham, bread, and fish, and salt can make you retain water and feel bloated. Second, if the cereal bar has fake sugar, that can make you feel bloated too. And third, it might be from the cabbage in the coleslaw.

whatever it's from, it'll pass soon enough. you can try drinking extra water as this will help with water retention. also, adding some lemon to your water or having a drink with caffeine will help, too.

Keep up the great work!
It most likely is. Hang in there and your system should start to straighten out in about two weeks.

Keep up the great work I know recovery is not easy.I ate really healthy today but feel extremely bloated ?!?
probably; talk to your doctor or a nutritionist if you feel like you need advice/support. It sounds like you're doing great-keep it up!
