I'm am recovering from an eating disorder and am trying to have a healthy amount of calories but if i eat alot i feel guilty and bloated and down right horrible. I was wondering if this is a healthy amount of food i had today - -
Breakfast : Bowl of 'Golden Nuggets' cereal with semi-skimmed milk
Snack : Summer Fruits Cereal Bar (60 cals)
Lunch : ham and tomato sand which (wholemeal bread , 195 cals) and a homemade very small chocolate cupcake (roughly 150 calories)
Dinner : Mussels in a white wine sauce (pack contains 288 cals) with a slice of wholemeal bread (80 cals)
I do virtually no exercise 1)no time and 2) im trying to maintain weight and i'm scared to up my calories yetDid i eat healthy today?
you are doing great for recovering...don't push yourself too hard you'll get there...it was healthy and nutritious...you ate under 1000 calories it seams.....just up your calories a bit at a time...good luck.Did i eat healthy today?
yes it was healthy...just a walk around the neighborhood is considered exercise..
