I'm trying to lose belly fat, Just checking i'm on the right track?

i've been trying for a week now to lose the fat on my belly, i'm 16 by the way. i am skinny but it's my belly it pops out a little... so i can't wear tight tops because of it and i woul like to!! it does look like it's working but really slowly it's been a week so am i on the right track and i just got to be pathient or am i doing something wrong? i'll tell you what i'm doing...

1. have breakfast - Golden Nuggets (i love those)

2. eat every 2-3 hours some fruit :D

3. eat the dinner my mum cooks me- we all like our meat so she cooks that alot in our meals

4. go for a 10 minute jog a day (really boring joggin is i really couldn't do it longer)

5. dance for 30minutes- i enjoy dancing :)

6. i try to drink a lot of water but it normally ends up being 3 glasses a day

so from that is there something i should start doing? or something i should change? thanks

and if what i'm doing is fine, how long will it take for my belly to get slim (it comes out like 3cm) my goal is when i sit down i have no rolls :D thanks againI'm trying to lose belly fat, Just checking i'm on the right track?
just cut the calories way down to 1200 a day and your own body will do the rest - your basal metabolism will burn loads at sleep

a 115 lb female burns 42 calories every hour just dreaming about their boyfriends,lol...

and the more muscle you have - then more calories are burned..
Its very hard to lose weight in a specific part of the body. Your just going to lose weight in generalI'm trying to lose belly fat, Just checking i'm on the right track?
i think everybody's gonna have rolls win they sit..unless you wanna remove your skin :P

anyway work on the water part.

and.. i don't see any abs workouts in your plan .. add those !
as long as your doing a good amount of cardio and ab excercises and eating well you should be fine
Golden Nuggets aren't a great breakfast but if you like them then what can I say lol, have a slice of wholemeal toast to at least get some slow release carbs in you too :P



You should have a half descent lunch as well.



Is this dancing a structured thing or just you messing around?



You could really do with getting some kind of structured resistance training going for at least 3 times a week for 45 mins.



Also as you only have a little to lose, try doing some ab exercises each morning, planks being the first thing that comes to mind, do three sets, this will tighten your stomach.
