Hi, just wondering whether what im eating is unhealthy?
Because i'm looking to lose a few pounds.
Breakfast:
Bowl of cereal, like golden nuggets, krave, nesquiq.
Things like that.
Lunch:
Packet of crisps or Sandwich.
Some fruit normally 2 oranges or grapes.
Snack: (at home) Sand which if i ate crisps at school or crisps if i ate sandwich at school, and more fruit.
Dinner: Whatever cooking.

If you are somehow sustaining yourself on this diet I would be amazed if you are healthy. Plus you didn't mention anything that you are drinking. If I may here are some tips that should help you and keep you healthier.
It is very unhealthy to loose too much weight too quickly but, here are some tips to get you started...
Counting calories is a huge pain because everything that you put in your mouth that isn't strait clear water has calories. So I advise you to work out first and foremost. Try going to crossfit.com it is an awesome training and workout regimen. Then cut any drink with sugar, aspartame, and caffeine out of your diet. Drink nothing but ICE cold water to help burn calories. A calorie is the unit of measure that explains the amount of energy used to raise one ml of water one degree. The colder the water the more calories burned. Your body will need to regenerate itself though so, eat meals high in protein and low carbohydrates and fat. Protein helps to rebuild muscle. Your body uses carbs for energy and without a high intake of carbs and fat your body will start to use any stored fat that you have. Remember, most people that say they want to lose weight really want to lose fat. Muscle weighs more than fat but would you rather loose fat and gain muscle or loose both fat and muscle? Allot of times when people diet they starve themselves, the body will then start to use fat and muscle as fuel. Good luck and be careful not to loose too fast.
yea sure, eat anything healthy. fruits, whole grains, veggies, anything not high in calories or sugar (if u were to eat crackers, anything sweet, etc.)Is what i'm eating ok, if i want to lose weight?

Well, for breakfast, I doubt Nesquik is the best, just use normal milk (if you were talking about milk)
I'm sorry, I don't know what "crisps" are, LOL. Is that a UK term for chips? Because I know if you were talking about fries, you would say chips. Well, if it is chips, then I would recommend ditching the chips and just eating the sandwich.
The fruit like the 2 oranges and grapes is excellent food. Same for snack, drop the crisps.
LOL you must be slim if u have the spirit to stick with this :P i myself cant and i think this is just perfect for someone who wants to loose weight.
one thing don't eat dinner and go directly to bed space out :D
Your diet is a bit of an unhealthy, unbalanced mess, lose the crisps and find a more healthy cereal, it also looks low in protein. If you really want to lose weight however, more exercise is usually the key.
It sounds okay and not too depriving. I think you could add an extra snack in there and still lose weight.
