My Friends and family are saying I don't eat enough... But what I eat seems A lot to me ??
In a normal Day I eat:
Breakfast at about 7:45 ....30g of golden nuggets With semi skimmed milk... 133+ 50 calories
Snack At 11:20 ..A CardBus Brunch Break... 115 calories
Lunch at 12:30. A small green apple...60 calories
One slice of best of both with Jam... No butter... 30 +55 calories
And then about 400 calories for my dinner at about 5:30
I only normal Drink Water all through the day however I also have fizzy water which is about 5 Cal's per glass which i drink about 3 of them a day
I got it To about 800-850...((because sometimes I don't Eat all my dinner or all my lunch) Anyway Is that right? And is that to much of a small intake?
I'm 14 and my bmi is about 18.3
I also bike about 3 to 4 miles a day. How many Cals would you say I burn Off? Also How much Fat would You say I eat in A day?
??Is my intake to little? And a question about calories?
800 Calories?
Just to let you know, the recommended is 2000/day.
If your looking to lose weight, you should eat about 500 cal less than that. Seeing as you bike 3-4 miles, I'd recommend eating about 1700-1900 if your looking to lose weight.
But 800 is definitely too low. Way to low. You really should eat some more.
Edit: The fat you can find on the nutrition labels on each product. 3-4 miles a day depends on the intensity level/speed/your metabolism/etc. Going at a moderate rate (15mph) for 60 minutes is roughly 400 calories, give or take a hundred probably depending on your body.Is my intake to little? YOU'RE NOT EATING ENOUGH!!!!! YOUR PUTTING YOUR BODY INTO STARVATION MODE!!!!!
It will think you are in a famine and so save up every bit of food you eat. When you start eating normally, you will GAIN EVERYTHING BACK!!!!
1200 - 1600 calories a day, exercisng a lot!!
Energy in should be less than energy out. So you have to find an exercise that you like to do, that you will keep doing!!!
