How to calculate the cost of this cruise?

a deluxe room is $4,799, but it has an * next to it.



then, it says...

What does that mean? i want to get a cruise for 4 people... 2 deluxe rooms. and 2 people in each room. what does the double occupancy thing mean? help anyone? thanks!How to calculate the cost of this cruise?
The price is per person - if 2 people are in the cabin.

Since if you would be alone in the cabin you would be paying more than the $ 4,799 for yourself.

So one room with 2 people would be for $ 9,598.00

total for 4 people - US$ 19,196.00



My understanding of cruise only is: without the air package to get to the ship/get back home from where the cruise ends.

Double occupancy, I'm fairly sure, means two people to a room.



In total, the cruise will cost around $19,196 if it states $4,799/person.



This doesn't include other adventures OFF the boat that you may want to partake in, souvenirs, and anything else you may need to pay for.
hmm...well it says per person so i first thought it would be 4799 per person but that just seems a little high? So I'd assume its that price for a double room? Not sure...check another cruise line for more details. look under FAQ or something
